New Webinar Recording: Resilient Built Environment Assessment System

Webinar Recording Now Available: Resilient Built Environment Assessment System

The recording of iiSBE's latest webinar, Applying the IPCC Risk Concept Through the Resilient Built Environment Assessment System, is now available to watch on the iiSBE YouTube channel.

Presented by Andrea Moro, iiSBE Global Vice-President and iiSBE Italia President (Italy), and chaired and moderated by Prof Greg Foliente, iiSBE Global President and Board Chair, University of Melbourne (Australia), the webinar examines how the IPCC risk framework—Hazard, Exposure and Vulnerability—is applied in practice through the Resilient Built Environment (RBE) Assessment System at both the building (RBTool) and neighbourhood (RNTool) scales.

The session introduces the development of the assessment tools, highlights their practical features and demonstrates how they can support resilience assessment across different contexts. It also provides an update on iiSBE's current work program to expand the applicability of the RBE Assessment System for broader global use.

The webinar will be of interest to building professionals, planners, researchers, policymakers and others working to improve resilience in the built environment.
